Hi,

kommt auf das

Verfahren, Verdünnung usw an.

Ich hätte da noch ein paar Fragen:

- Welche

Methode habe Ihr angewendet? Tropfplattenverfahren / Spatelverfahren ?
- Welche und

wieviel Verdünnungsstufen hab Ihr zur Auswertung herangezogen?
- Welche Nährmedien habt

Ihr verwendet (PC / Nähragar?)
- Bebrütungstemperatur und Zeit ?
- Anzahl der Proben,

die miteinander verglichen wurden (1, 5, 10 mehr?)

Bei den Vergleichsmessungen ist es

wichtig, dass - soweit dies möglich ist - mit den gleichen Verfahren, den gleichen

Umgebungsbedingungen und einer nahezu identischen Matrix gearbeitet wird. d.h. War das

Probenmaterial, dessen Werte miteinander verglichen wurden identisch ?

bei

Einzelmessungen können schon mal locker Abweichungen um die 30-50% erzielt werden. und das

bei einer identischen Probe! Ich meine damit folgendes: Wenn du eine Probe auf 2

verschiedene Petrischalen pipettierst, kann es sein, dass Du auf der eineen Schale z.B.

50.000 KbE auswertest und auf der anderen 75.000. Diese Abweichung wird natürlich durch

durch eine größere Anzahl an Proben relativiert, da ja zur Auswertung das geometrische

Mittel(!) der Einzelproben gebildet wird.

Darum, bevor ich hier eine Faustformel

nennen könnte muss ich Angaben zu den o.g. Fragen haben.
