Laut der Sendung wiso (zdf) am Dienstag, 31. 01. 2012 laufen z. Zt. erneut Versuche verschiedener Supermarktketten, dem Verbraucher einen Online-Bestell- und -Lieferservice anzubieten. Verglichen wurde der Service von supermarkt.de mit Rewe. Dabei wurde neben Sortiment und Lieferzeit auch auf Verpackung (Mehrfach verwendbare Pfandkisten oder Plastiktüten?) und Einhaltung der Lagertemperatur geachtet.

Ergebnis: Wenn im Thermoport geliefert wurde, war alles o.k. Leider wurde Kühl- und Tk-Ware aber auch in Plasiktüten in die Wohnung getragen und schon war die Ware zu warm.

Die Empfehlung: Bei Inanspruchnahme eines Lieferservice sollte eine Warenkontrolle mit Abgleich der Lieferung, Warenqualität und Temperaturkontrolle erfolgen. Dazu sollte man sich ein einfaches Auflagethermometer für den Messbereich von - 22 °C bis + 20 °C anschaffen.
Tk-Ware über -18 °C ist zu warm, ebenso zu kühlende Ware mit über + 4 °C bzw. über + 7 °C und Getränke mit über + 18 °C. Diese Waren können berechtigt zurückgeweisen werden.
