Hallo zusammen,

der iFS fordert ja "Schmuck und Uhren sind verboten".
Bisher waren Eheringe bei uns jedoch als Ausnahme erlaubt.
Sowas könnte man den Mitarbeitern doch nicht vorschreiben, das ist doch ein Symbol für den Bund fürs Leben... <!-- Icon_rolleyes --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_rolleyes.gif" alt=":roll:" title="Rolling Eyes" /><!-- Icon_rolleyes -->
Angeblich soll es ein Gerichtsurteil geben, das besagt, dass Eheringe gar nicht verboten werden dürfen. Weiß da jemand was drüber?Unser Betriebsrat hat nichts vorliegen...

Allein aus Arbeitssicherheitssicht sehe ich keinen Unterschied zu anderen Ringen!

Wie bekomme ich das durch beim Chef?!?!

Problem: einige bekommen den ring wohl schon nicht mehr ab...
