Zunächst möchte ich Dich auf die Schulungsmodule "IfSG §42,43" und "IfSG §35" im Downloadbereich hinweisen.

Ich selber schule IfSG nur firmenintern, habe aber die besten Erfahrungen mit möglichst praxisnahen Beispielen gemacht - unsere Mitarbeiter haben alle möglichen Ausbildungen, nur gelernt hat kaum einer einen Lebensmittel-Beruf.

Wie viel Zeit steht Dir zur Verfügung? Vielleicht lassen sich die Schulungsinhalte auf 2-3 Termine verteilen, dann bleibt alles besser hängen.

Ansonsten: bastel dir ein Handout zusammen oder nimm ein frei verfügbares wie z.B. dieses hier oder dieses.
