Hallo Ihr Experten,

bei uns kam die Diskussion auf, ob die Produktions-Dokumentation zum Teil per Tablet PC statt auf Papier erfolgen könnte.

Die Vorstellung ist, dass die Mitarbeiter die Daten in ein Formular im Tablet PC eintragen und dann drauf unterschreiben. Ohne Papier.

Dies würde zum einen Papier sparen, zum anderen auch Arbeitszeit für das Abheften der vielen Papiere. Als Beispiel: es soll z.B. ein Formblatt, von welchem pro Tag und Linie 5 Blätter (mind.) verwendet werden, per Tablet PC erfasst werden.

Zur Ergänzug: Ein Tablet PC hat einen Bildschirm, auf dem man schreiben kann. So wie ihn Paketdienste haben, nur größer.
Es sollen (wenn das System eingeführt werden sollte) ALLE zu erfassenden Daten "handschriftlich" eingetragen werden, also nicht über ein Zahlenfeld/Tastatur. Auch soll es keine Benutzer und Passwörter geben, es soll eine Unterschrift auf diesem Bildschirm geben. Nachträgliches Ausdrucken ist natürlich möglich; auch die Datensicherung ist gewährleistet.


Nun meine Frage an Euch: Gibt es Gegenargumente? Irgendwas in VO, Richtlinien, Standards,... was dagegen sprechen könnte? Kontrollen der FertPV dürfen ja auch rein per EDV geführt werden.
