Heute morgen bekam ich die Mitteilung, dass der RSPO der SGS weltweit rückwirkend zum 31.12.2015 die Akkreditierung zur Zertifizierung von P&C (Principle and Criteria) und SCCS (Supply Chain Certificate System) entzogen hat.
Zertifikate, die von der SGS vor dem 31.12.2015 ausgestellt wurden, bleiben während 90 Tagen gültig, während derer ein zertifiziertes Unternehmen mit einer anderen, akkreditierten Gesellschaft das Zertifikat übertragen kann (in dem von RSPO versendeten Mail ist ein Link zu einem Leitfaden für Unternehmen, aber irgendwie finde ich nicht das passende Dokument
).

"Dear Members,
According to accreditation requirements and procedures, under certain circumstances, the accreditation of Certification Bodies (CBs) previously accredited to offer RSPO certification, can be withdrawn by ASI.
As of 31 December 2015, SGS’s certification has been terminated by ASI and RSPO on the basis of non-compliance. The termination is applicable to SGS worldwide for the Principle and Criteria (P&C) certification and Supply Chain Certificate System (SCCS).
Upon the decision is taken the Certification Body will no longer be permitted to:
• Issue new certificates;
• Re-issue certificates;
• Conduct initial assessments, surveillance assessments as well as NPP verification;
• Make claims associating themselves with the RSPO scheme.
Certificates issued by the Certification Body prior to the withdrawal will remain valid for a period of ninety (90) days after the date of withdrawal. This time period is intended to permit certificate holders to enter into an agreement with another accredited CB to enable the transfer of the certificate.
During the transfer process the CB, RSPO and ASI will work together to ensure that the impact on the certificate holders and applicants is minimized.
