Hallo,

ich habe keine Ahnung wie lange der Film online bleibt, hier aber mal ein Link zu einem kleinen Filmchen.

Es geht um ein Hotel, welches als einer der ersten Betriebe den Smiley bekommen hat.
Die Hoteldirektorin spricht von einer Sicherheit, die der Gast sehen kann und von der Motivation der Mitarbeiter.
